TRAINING PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT
1. Payment and Refund Policy
A) All payments (deposit or full) are non-refundable.
B) If you are unable to attend and notify us before the class begins, your payment may be transferred once to a future training date.
C) No-shows or cancellations after the class begins will result in the forfeiture of your payment.
D) Once you have attended any part of the training, no refunds or transfers will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction, illness, scheduling conflicts, or inability to complete the course.
E) Via Skincare Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training at its sole discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued for payments made directly to us. This refund will serve as a full and final settlement. We are not responsible for travel costs, such as non-refundable airfare or accommodations.
2. Non-Disclosure & Intellectual Property
All course materials—verbal, printed, or digital—are the property of Via Skincare Inc. and are for your personal educational use only. You may not copy, teach, publish, share, or distribute any content from the training without written consent. Use of any materials for teaching, training
others, or including them in your services is strictly prohibited.
3. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability
By participating, you accept all risks associated with the training. You agree to release Via Skincare Inc., its owner, staff, models, and affiliates from any liability for injury, illness, discomfort, or damages arising from your participation—whether during or after the training. You also understand that you are solely responsible for any outcome experienced by your clients after applying these techniques.
4. Media Release
You agree that any photos or videos taken during training may be used by Via Skincare Inc. for
marketing, educational, or promotional purposes without compensation.
5. Certification
Certification is issued solely to confirm attendance and understanding of the method as taught. Receipt of a certificate of completion does not grant license or authorization to teach the techniques or use the material for training others. This certificate is not a substitute for any professional license issued by a governmental or regulatory agency. It is the Participant’s sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations before practicing on clients.
