Online Training Payment / Refund Policy
Full payment is required in advance of the training session. All Online Training Course Purchases are Final and Non-Refundable. Once the course is purchased, no refund will be granted regardless of the reason. All online training courses are tested extensively on all types of systems, browsers, and devices. We are not responsible for any individual technical failures that block you from attending a training session. Please test your system before purchasing a training program.
