Reconstructive Facelifting (RFL) massage is – an effective, non-invasive method of aesthetic face and neck correction, due to age related changes, based on fundamental knowledge of the biomechanics of facial aging.

Unlike other methods, the RFL addresses the root causes of aging rather than the symptoms.

In-Person training in Reconstructive Facelift consists of a theory and a practical part.  

The theoretical part includes an overview of anatomy, contraindications, recommendations for the client, and a detailed explanation of the principles of massage so that you understand what you are doing and why.

However, 90% of the time is devoted to hands-on learning to put the theory into practice.

Students practice on each other and have the opportunity to feel the massage on themselves in order to know what the pressure should be, and how the client should feel during the procedure. They give feedback to each other, and we work out every movement to the result. 

The groups are small, so each student is given individual attention.
